We want to share some facts and stats about Herb Preserve to reassure people that we are the leading stash jar company online, we only carry quality products, we really care, we are professional, and we should be trusted with your business.

Herb Preserve operates out of an office in a 16-unit building about a half mile from LAX Airport in Los Angeles. Our jars are made in Europe and were designed by scientists. They are made of premium glass with attention to detail. We hand-package each jar wrapping it with heavy-duty bubbles and include a flyer with more information on the jars with each order. As we package them, we analyze each jar for defects and scratches and put glass that doesn't meet our high-end standard to the side for use by the companies' employees. We use heavy-duty, reusable cardboard boxes.

Every order is shipped using USPS. Over 98% of our orders are shipped Priority 2-Day or First Class. We only use Parcel Post on free shipping orders, and even then only if there is a tremendous price difference. We send delivery confirmation for every order in the United States.

Our customer service really is the best. We have only received one refund request from thousands of orders. We have NEVER received a complaint about the performance of our glass. A huge percentage of our customers order again and again.
